The Road to Mecca (2012)
In the remote South African town of New Bethesda, an elderly recluse, Miss Helen, has transformed her home into a stunning personal art installation - a testament to her creative spirit and the freedom she fiercely guards. When a concerned friend and a conservative minister clash over Miss Helen's unorthodox ways, a profound battle for the right to self-expression unfolds, challenging long-held beliefs and the very nature of what it means to live a life of purpose.
