LOS SOLES TRUNCOS (2025)
In a decaying colonial mansion in Old San Juan, elderly sisters Inés and Hortensia prepare to bury their sister Emilia, whose corpse lies in the next room. As they sort through relics of their aristocratic Puerto Rican family's faded grandeur, memories surface of a lost past, a domineering mother, and the romantic betrayals and sacrifices that condemned them to a life of seclusion. René Marqués's classic drama unfolds as a lyrical meditation on decline, memory, and the vanishing world of a bygone Puerto Rico.
