Gun & Powder

A new musical based on the real-life story of Mary and Martha Clarke, twin sisters who take up arms to save their family from ruin in 1893 Texas. This entry aggregates critic reviews from both pre-Broadway tryout engagements — Signature Theatre (2020) and Paper Mill Playhouse (2024) — staged under the title Gun & Powder before its 2026 Broadway transfer as Wanted.
