Forest High and the Glitch in the System - a new Sci-Fi Musical (2026)

A teenager seeks freedom at a mysterious student-run boarding school. As her final year of high school begins, Lily struggles under the pressure of a controlling teacher and a difficult home life shaped by her father’s instability. Feeling increasingly powerless, she becomes fixated on rumors of an isolated boarding school hidden in the woods and supposedly run entirely by students. Encouraged by her friend Mudd, Lily sees the school as a chance to escape the forces controlling her life. But after gaining entry, she begins to question whether the institution offers genuine freedom or simply a different form of authority. As uncertainty grows, Lily must navigate the tensions between independence, belonging, and manipulation.
