You're So Vain (2016)
A wry pop song aimed at a self-absorbed lover, built on Klaus Voormann's bass intro and strings arranged by singer-songwriter Carly Simon herself. Released in November 1972, it hit No. 1 in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and drew Grammy nominations for Record of the Year. Simon says three men inspired it, naming only Warren Beatty.
