Veedon Fleece (1974)
Acoustic, Celtic-leaning songs built on stream of consciousness lyrics, written after a trip back to Ireland following a broken marriage and seven years in the States. Van Morrison (Astral Weeks) wrote most of it in under three weeks and recorded the album in two, releasing it in October 1974. For fans of quiet, searching records that reward repeat listens.
