Under My Skin (2004)
Darker and heavier than the pop rock that made her name, this second album from Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne (Let Go) leans into post-grunge guitars and raw, aggressive emotion. Written largely with Chantal Kreviazuk, it debuted at number one in both Canada and the US and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide. For fans of early 2000s pop punk at its most intense.
