THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT (2024)

By Taylor Swift

Confessional pop songwriting built around heartbreak, obsession and the aftermath of relationships, delivered in a hushed, synth-and-piano register. Taylor Swift, the American singer and songwriter behind a long run of chart-topping pop and folk-leaning records, opens the 2024 album with the single Fortnight, a collaboration with rapper Post Malone. For fans of diaristic, lyric-driven pop.
