The Great Twenty-Eight (1982)
Twenty-eight tracks of guitar-driven early rock and roll, drawn from Chuck Berry's first decade recording for Chess Records: 21 singles plus six B-sides and one album cut. Eleven of those singles reached the Billboard R&B top 10 and ten hit the Hot 100 top 40. Rolling Stone placed the 1982 compilation at number 21 on its 500 greatest albums list in 2003.
