The Fame (2008)
Glossy electropop and dance-pop built on 1980s synth textures, with lyrics about celebrity, love, sex, money and sexual identity. It is the 2008 debut by American singer-songwriter Lady Gaga, made largely with producers RedOne, Martin Kierszenbaum and Rob Fusari. "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" both topped the charts in the US, UK and Australia, and the album drew five Grammy nominations.
