Section.80 (2011)

Jazz-inflected West Coast rap that traces the fallout of the 1980s crack epidemic, racism and a generation medicated into numbness. It is the debut studio album from Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, built largely with Top Dawg's in-house producers and featuring Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and J. Cole on production. It reached number 113 on the Billboard 200 and was later certified platinum.
