Led Zeppelin IV (1971)

By Led Zeppelin

Hard rock, blues and folk recorded loosely in an English country house, from the eight minute "Stairway to Heaven" to a heavy reworking of Memphis Minnie's "When the Levee Breaks". The English band, guided by guitarist and producer Jimmy Page, left the 1971 record untitled, marking it with four symbols instead. It has sold over 37 million copies worldwide.
