I Look to You (2009)

By Whitney Houston

Songs about faith, recovery, motherhood and perseverance drive this R&B comeback record, built around big, emotional ballads. Whitney Houston ("The Bodyguard") reunited with mentor Clive Davis, who recruited Alicia Keys, Akon and R. Kelly. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, her first chart-topper since 1992, and was her last album released in her lifetime.
