Britney (2001)

By Britney Spears

Moves Britney Spears away from bright teen pop toward a slinkier, more adult dance sound on her third album, released in 2001. Spears had already topped the US charts with her debut (...Baby One More Time), and critics singled out the single "I'm a Slave 4 U" here as a departure from her earlier material. For fans of turn of the millennium pop.
