Blonde on Blonde (1966)
Sprawls across two records of electric blues and wild imagery, with songs that swing between the visionary and the plainspoken. Bob Dylan (Highway 61 Revisited) cut most of it in Nashville in early 1966 with session players, keyboardist Al Kooper and guitarist Robbie Robertson. It reached number nine in the US and spawned the hit "I Want You."
