Blonde (2016)

Languid, minimal rhythms carry songs about masculinity, heartbreak and loss, pulling R&B, soul, indie rock and psychedelia into something abstract and unhurried. Frank Ocean (Channel Orange) produced it with James Blake and Pharrell Williams, with guest vocals from Andre 3000 and Beyonce. It debuted at number one in the US in 2016, and Pitchfork named it the best album of the 2010s.
