At Folsom Prison (1968)

By Johnny Cash

Recorded live in front of inmates at Folsom State Prison in January 1968, this set finds country singer Johnny Cash running through outlaw songs and murder ballads with June Carter, Carl Perkins and the Tennessee Three behind him. It hit number one on the country chart, won two Grammys and revived Cash's career. For fans of raw, unpolished live country.
